Our high-performance injection molding machine tailplates are manufactured from high-strength nodular cast iron QT500-7, precision-milled and stress-relieved through vibration aging to achieve ≤0.02 mm/m flatness. This eliminates flash and mold wear caused by uneven clamping force distribution. Compatible with all major brands. for 600T–1800T machines, featuring DIN 650 standard T-slots and Φ63mm ejector holes for seamless automation integration and quick mold changes.

Material
The tailplate must exhibit high strength, rigidity, and wear resistance. Common materials include:
1.High-Quality Carbon Steel (e.g., Q235, 45# Steel)
Characteristics:Cost-effective, easily machinable. Strength and toughness can be enhanced through heat treatment (quenching and tempering).

Application
1.Mold Support and Fixation
The tailplate cooperates with the headplate (fixed platen) to secure both moving and fixed parts of the mold, ensuring precise alignment during clamping, injection, and holding pressure processes.
2.Clamping Force Transmission
