100CrMo7 is a premium chromium-alloyed bearing steel engineered for high fatigue resistance and exceptional wear performance in demanding rotational applications. With optimized carbon (0.90-1.05%) and chromium (1.60-1.90%) content, it achieves uniform hardness (60-64 HRC) after heat treatment while maintaining microstructural cleanliness for extended service life.
 
Ideal for rolling elements, bearing races, precision shafts, and high-stress mechanical components. Available in annealed or hardened condition with full MTC 3.1 certification. Supported by global logistics and technical service.
