04Cr13Ni5Mo is a low-carbon, medium-chromium martensitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and ductility, making it suitable for oil pipelines and equipment under chloride ion conditions.
Application:
Used in oil pipelines and oil well equipment, mining machinery and ships, transmission shafts, hydroelectric blades.
Ingredient Design:
Based on the composition of Cr12 stainless steel, the addition of nickel and molybdenum is considered to improve its resistance to chloride ion and other corrosive environments, significantly enhancing its ability to resist stress corrosion cracking and strength.
Production Process:
Vacuum refining + special forming process + heat treatment
Product Features:
High purity, low residual austenite and delta ferrite content, stable performance; the product has high corrosion resistance, high strength and toughness, as well as good size stability.
