56NiCrMoV7 (DIN 1.2714) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy tool steel renowned for its exceptional combination of high toughness, wear resistance, and thermal stability. It achieves a hardness range of 52-58 HRC after oil quenching and tempering, with minimal distortion during heat treatment. The material's homogeneous microstructure and fine grain structure ensure reliability in demanding hot and cold work applications, including die-casting molds, forging dies, high-stress punching tools, and precision mold components. Available in plates, bars, and blocks, with support for custom heat treatment and machining services.
