(1) This system adopts a numerical control system.
(2) Control cabinet
The machine tool control cabinet is equipped with an electrical cabinet air conditioner to regulate the temperature and purify the air inside the control cabinet, ensuring stable and reliable electrical control. The electrical control cabinet adopts a fully enclosed structure. It can prevent dust and oil mist, and has good sealing performance.

The feeding mechanism is driven by a double screw clamp frame for feeding. It consists of a material rack base, a clamping rack, a servo motor, a reducer, a ball screw, a raceway, and other parts. The clamping frame adopts a floating clamping structure, and the feeding frame is welded with square tubes and steel plates.

(1) The X-axis screw bearing adopts grease lubrication method.
(2) The ball screw pair and gear rack are both lubricated with automatic thin oil.
(3) The X and Z coordinate guide rails have automatically controlled lubrication points, and the lubricating oil is diverted to lubricate the guide rail pair. The action is automatically controlled by the CNC system.

Hydraulic system

The machine tool clamping system includes the main clamping. The main clamping is composed of 11 oil cylinders connected in series, providing sufficient clamping force for the sawing process, and can automatically select and use some of the oil cylinders according to the width of the mother material. It effectively prevents workpiece vibration and displacement during the sawing process, ensuring the stability of the sawing process and extending the service life of the tool.

The cooling of cutting tools abandons the traditional emulsion cooling method of machine tools and adopts an internationally advanced nanomolecular oil mist cooling system, using universal plant-based cooling oil for rapid cooling, which is harmless to the human body, prevents rusting of machine tools and sawing products, and maintains a clean environment.

Our adopting a well-known domestic brand hydraulic system, it consists of a hydraulic station, valve group, hydraulic pipeline, and hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic station generates pressure through hydraulic pumps, and through the control of different valve groups, the pressure is transmitted to the oil cylinders of various components of the machine tool through hydraulic pipelines, achieving the extension and retraction of the oil cylinders.
