86CrMoV7/1.2327 is a premium cold work tool steel compliant with German DIN standards, renowned for its exceptional hardness (62+ HRC after hardening & tempering) and superior wear resistance.

Refined through vacuum degassing (LF/VD) and electroslag remelting (ESR), it ensures inclusion control per ASTM E45 Method D, austenitic grain size ≥5, and ultrasonic testing meeting SEP 1921 Class D/d criteria.
