Ingredient Design:
05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb is a typical martensitic precipitation-hardened stainless steel. Based on the composition of Cr17 stainless steel, low-carbon is added with strong elements such as Ni, Cu, Nb to enhance its properties.
Production Process:
Electric furnace → refining outside the furnace → electric slag remelting → forging and rolling → annealing → testing → finishing → inspection → finished product.
Product Features:
The steel is easily adjustable in terms of strength levels, and different levels of strength can be obtained by changing the heat treatment system.
