DIN 1.2328 Cold Work Tool Steel is meant to be air-hardened, which reduces the risk of deformations and cracks during heat treatment. It has good hardenability but is susceptible to tempering, thus requires proper temperature during work.

For mold base, we are a professional manufacturer, with 24 sets of CNC machines, 3 axis and 5 axis, CMM for inspection. We produce medium-large sized mold base for plastic injection mold and die casting die.
